Pre-Order

Clothing available for pre-order will be indicated in their product descriptions, along with their expected dispatch dates. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Order Processing Times

For clothing that are in stock, orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping 

For standard shipping within Australia, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

For express shipping within Australia, we offer $15 flat rate shipping.

We offer international express shipping to New Zealand and the USA at a $40 flat rate.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Seadogz is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note, Australia Post may experience disruptions that can cause delays in their usual delivery times. Customs clearance can also cause a delay in delivery times. If your parcel doesn’t arrive on the expected delivery date, it may be delayed. 

For shipping within Australia, please allow 10 business days for a delayed parcel to arrive, before making a late item enquiry. 

For shipping to New Zealand and the USA, please allow 3 business days for a delayed parcel to arrive, before making a late item enquiry.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ahoy@seadogz.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
